One of the latest innovations from the Eye Studio collection, the unique liner applies with the ease of a pencil and the intensity of a cream, according to the company. “The exclusive advanced technology allows for an incredibly bold, smooth, and long-wearing line. It’s the next generation of eyeliners,” said the company in a press statement. Maybelline New York’s advanced formula masters three categories for eye enhancement, according to the company: Delivery: the pencil glides on ultra-smooth with no gaps or skipping Intensity: the formula offers high concentration of pigments for bold color Wear: the quick-setting liner is waterproof, smudge-resistant and lasts 24 hours. The pencils are available six dramatic shades at mass retailers nationwide. The brand is also releasing a new Color Explosion Luminizing Eyeshadow ($10.99), Using advanced eye technology, the unique shadow ignites color with an intense multi-effect finish, said the company.
